Privacy Policy

Plainly: we have no database, no account to create, and no advertising trackers. Your information reaches us by email and is used only to answer your request.

2. Person in charge of the protection of personal information

DMC Fitness & Grooming acts as the person in charge of the protection of personal information. Any question, request or complaint may be addressed to info@dmcfit.ca.

3. What we collect

Only what you provide in the form:

  • Your name, email and phone number;
  • Your main goal and, where applicable, the plan and length you want;
  • Optionally, your weight and height (optional fields).

Our technical providers also process your IP address on submission, solely to protect the form against automated submissions.

4. Why we collect it

For one thing only: to communicate with you and follow up on your request.

  • We never sell, rent or trade your information.
  • We do not use it for advertising.

5. Retention and sharing

We use no database and the site creates no account. The form generates an email sent to our inbox: your information is kept there, then destroyed no later than 2 months after our last exchange or after your coaching ends, subject to any legal or tax obligation.

We do not disclose your information to anyone for commercial purposes. It does, however, pass through the providers that make the site and email work (hosting, email, anti-bot protection, fonts). As these providers are located outside Quebec, your information may be communicated outside Quebec. We may also have to disclose it where the law requires.

6. Cookies

The site places no advertising cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Only the anti-bot service may place a cookie necessary for the form's verification.

Sending the form requires ticking a box confirming your agreement to the purposes described in section 4. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@dmcfit.ca: we will stop contacting you and destroy your information, unless legally required to keep it.

8. Your rights

You may at any time ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to info@dmcfit.ca: we respond within a maximum of 30 days. If our response does not satisfy you, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

9. Changes

Any change is published on this page and the update date is adjusted accordingly.
